I had to send one of the dresses back because the size wasn’t quite right. The return itself was simple enough, but the refund took a few days longer than I expected. Customer service did get back to me, so it was sorted in the end. I’d probably order again, though I’m still a little unsure about the sizing and overall quality

It’s a really nice dress, but small it ran on me. I ended up needing to size up for it to fit right.

The dress does look good and the stitching is neat, so I’ll give it that. The fabric feels decent for the price, but it’s a bit thinner than I was hoping for, and that stood out to me right away. It’s still wearable and I’m not totally disappointed, but I do wish the material had a little more weight to it.

I’m giving 2 stars because, to be fair, the parcel did arrive, but the order was wrong. I ordered a black dress in size 10 and somehow ended up with a different colour in size 12, which was just not what I asked for at all.

It was really frustrating because I needed it for the weekend, and obviously I couldn’t wear something that wasn’t the right colour or the right size. The dress itself looked fine, but again, it wasn’t what I ordered, so that didn’t really help much.

Customer service did reply eventually, but it took a while, and I still had to deal with sorting the return myself. Just annoying all round, especially for a first order, because the main issue is simple: I ordered one thing and got something else

The prices are okay, so I wasn’t expecting anything amazing, but the quality is definitely mixed. Some things are fine for what you pay, while others feel a bit ridiculous. Overall, not bad for the price...

The item itself was fine, so no complaints there, but wow, the delivery took forever. I was expecting it much sooner and just kept waiting with no real updates. Frustrating when you order something and it shows up way later than expected.

I feel kind of embarrassed saying this, but the website just didn’t look very put together to me. The colors and fonts felt all over the place, and a few pages looked like they were rushed.

I wanted to enjoy browsing, but I kept getting distracted by the design. The product photos were decent, though the overall site felt a bit cheap and not the easiest to use
